Three tips to make the most of Amazon Prime Day tech deals

  1. Get your Prime membership sorted: The great savings offered for Amazon Prime Day are exclusively available to members. So if you’re not already signed up to Amazon Prime, you can get a 30-day free trial to make the most of these deals, as well as other benefits like fast and free shipping options and Prime Video. It’s $9.99 a month after the trial, and you can cancel any time.
  2. Add items to your wishlist: While there are early Prime Day tech deals now, the real sale starts at midnight on July 8 – giving you time to create a wishlist or two through your Amazon account. You can add any product to a list by clicking “Add to wish list” on the product page, which makes it easy to check what’s on sale and grab it at a great price.
  3. Check what you need first: A sale makes it very tempting to add everything to cart online. But focusing on what’s actually going to be useful can make it easier to avoid overspending.
