When it comes to getting the most out of your SPF moisturiser, it’s important you’re using enough product to protect your skin.
“Generally 1/2 teaspoon for the face, neck and ears is recommended,” says Global Education Technical Training Manager Tracey Beeby from Ultraceuticals.
“Then spread the product evenly to ensure a consistent coverage. To do this, dispense the product on to the back of your opposite hand to which you are applying with. Using your fingertips, massage the product into your cheeks, forehead, nose and chin using circular movements. This helps with applying it evenly across each facial zone. Don’t forget areas like the temples, between your brows and jawline. Blend thoroughly using your fingertips on both hands to complete the application.”
