After a sold-out debut in Sydney last year, the Health Summit is back. And this time we’re taking it on the road! This year we will travel to Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth from August to October. Delivering a dynamic mix of expert advice, real-life stories, and inspiring connections for women across Australia.

Hosted by myself, Sophie Tedmanson the Editor of The Australian Women’s Weekly magazine and emcee Jessica Rowe, our Health Summit features some of Australia’s most trusted wellness experts, including beloved cook and author Maggie Beer AO, Olympian Lisa Curry AO, MasterChef winner and author Julie Goodwin, fitness icon and perimenopause advocate Michelle Bridges, Sunrise presenter Edwina Bartholemew, Olympian Erin Phillips OAM, broadcaster Narelda Jacobs OAM, The Australian Women’s Weekly’s Food Director Fran Abdallaoui and The Australian Women’s Weekly Health Editor Ashleigh Austen along with leading health experts in each city.

The 2025 Health Summit event series will spark inspiration and connection. And break down taboos through shared stories that reflect the lives of real Australian women. This isn’t just about wellness — it’s about turning up for women at every stage of their lives. We’re creating a space where women feel seen, informed and inspired, and that’s what The Weekly has always done best.

We created The Australian Women’s Weekly Health Summit for you because Australian women are more focused on their mental and physical health than ever before. And while the conversation around women’s health has progressed, it’s clear we still have more work to do.

The Weekly’s 2023 Voice of Australian Women Survey found that less than half of the women surveyed have experienced a mental health condition such as anxiety and depression. Furthermore, more than half are struggling with menopause symptoms.

So we are proud to lead the national conversation around women’s health with our national Health Summit. We hope to see you there for a morning of inspiration, insights and empowerment!

Tickets are on sale now, and each ticket includes a free gift bag with items from Priceline Pharmacy and The Australian Women’s Weekly.
